It explains all the details of Estate Planning; the do's and don't's, the things that we tend to forget to plan for, and addresses the many reasons why NO ONE should ever put off their Estate Planning. She gives examples of mistakes you shouldn't make and how to plan for anything, no matter how complex your family or personal situation is. The price of her book is also a great deal for all the great information she offers. If you do not have your Estate Planning in order or even if you do, you should still buy this book! This book addresses a complex legal subject clearly, understandably and in an easy read. It provides guidance not just for women but for everyone. Importantly it promotes action when the human tendency is to delay thinking about our mortality and the fragile state of our lives in a dangerous world. Anything can happen and we should be prepared.
Great introduction to explain the importance of planning for your family, children and assets. The author writes in a manner that is easily understood without a lot of legal terminology. It moviated me to take charge of my personal assets.
Excellent go-to guide for women wanting to protect their assets and their loved ones. It's a smart, fun read for any woman with any circumstance. I've learned it doesn't matter if you have minimum assets or if you're a billionaire, you don't want to leave any kind of mess or uncomfortable decisions for your loved ones after you're gone. There are many great tips throughout the book as well! It's a must-have for every woman!
This short book is great! It is clearly written, concise and easy to understand. The examples and case histories help make the point of how important it is for all of us to make appropriate plans for the future. The focus is on making it easier for our families. Certainly assets need to be protected but planning cannot be done in haphazard fashion. Wow. Who would have thought that such a compact book would be so insightful? So informative yet written in a conversational style. Having skimmed other formal and frankly-stuffy publications, I can say that I gleaned more practical advice from this author.
